Starting services at EQCS is simple, supportive, and designed to meet you where you are. When you first contact us, our intake team will guide you through the process, answer your questions, and help you schedule your initial appointment. Your first visit includes a Comprehensive Clinical Assessment (CCA) with a licensed clinician. This appointment helps us understand your history, needs, strengths, and goals. Based on your assessment, we will recommend the services that best fit your situation — whether that’s outpatient therapy, MAT, community-based support, or another EQCS program.
Once your assessment is complete, we work with you to create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your goals and preferences. As you begin services, you can expect consistent support, evidence-based care, and open communication from your treatment team. We regularly review your progress to ensure your plan continues to help you move forward.
