Telehealth Services: A Safe, Secure, and Convenient Treatment Option
EQCS telehealth services offer a safe, secure, and convenient way to meet with your therapist or mental health provider for individual or group therapy sessions.

Through video conferencing technology, you can connect with EQCS staff—including therapists, nurse practitioners, and psychiatrists—using your computer, smartphone, or tablet. All telehealth visits follow HIPAA requirements, and you can join your appointment from nearly any location with internet or Wi-Fi access.

How It Works
EQCS uses the XXX platform for telehealth appointments. Before your scheduled visit, you will receive a link by text or email that takes you to your provider’s online waiting room. At your appointment time, simply click the link. Your provider will be notified that you’ve arrived and will meet you online to begin your session.
You may also find helpful resources and information posted in your provider’s virtual waiting room.

Additionally, you may receive a reminder call from an EQCS team member in the days before your appointment. During this call, you can share important health updates or medication information, which may help save time during your visit.

Who Uses Telehealth Services?
Telehealth is an alternative to in-person treatment for individuals receiving outpatient behavioral health services. At EQCS, telehealth may also be used by individuals participating in Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), Individual Placement and Support (IPS), and other specialized community-based services.
Group therapy sessions can also be held via telehealth, allowing participants to connect and engage with others who share similar experiences.
